Holistic Organizations is a strategy to inter-connect every department in an organization so to work as one seamless flow and as one team, in pursuit of an overarching organizational vision, mission and aims, in alignment to organizational core values; and with pride in their work, as every individual understands as how their work benefits the company as a whole, and interactive communications instils feeling of inclusivity in the decisions that the company makes.

Since the earliest point in history, humans have formed organizations in order to improve their chances for survival; with organizational structures evolving from informal groupings, to simple hierarchies, to staff organizations, to matrix organizations, to cell-based organizations, and finally to highly complex networks, in these services oriented and knowledge intensive era., with high dependencies on softer considerations of alignment, coherence, and collaboration.
