Transcendental Leadership is about going beyond human experience, knowledge, reason or understanding, on to a spiritual way; stemming from a state of multidimensional awareness; triumphing over the limitations of what might be considered acceptable or possible, and rising above and going beyond the state of self-actualization; precipitating an unbounded, inclusive focus on abundance, from where a person can take highly effective decisions and becomes a visionary thought leader. The more evolved is the consciousness and the inner-environment of the leader, the more impact he or she will have on their outer environment.
